I was so excited to see my lettering used for these two fun Hallmark Father’s Day gift bags from a collection the talented illustrator Jeffrey Nguyen and I collaborated on for FD 2023.

Father’s Day will be here before we know it and I was excited to get to create lettering for several Hallmark cards and gift bags this year. First up: this casual script for Signature Studio Collection.

May was filled with lots of mom-ing! Grant and I enjoyed the last bit of Dale’s paternity leave before he had to go back to work, we attempted to settle into a new routine during the day without Dad’s help, we celebrated my FIRST Mother’s Day (complete with lunch at Indian Hills and an Aura Frame from Dale), Grant got to meet my friend Laura when she visited KC, my family celebrated Grace and Sophie’s graduations, and we ended the month with Grant’s first trip to Turkey Hill Memorial Day weekend for Grammy and my Aunt Edna’s birthdays. It’s so crazy that Grant is already 9 weeks old! Around the web I was feeling extra inspired by interiors:
Carly revealed her home decor and I especially loved the mix of pinks and blues!
This colorful home also caught my eye!
Considering a few rug options for our living room: Option 1, Option 2, Option 3, Option 4
Ken Kelleher is worth a follow
I’m saving this roundup in case (probably more like when) Grant loves cars & trucks
I also purchased this sleeper because it features the parasaurolophus, the dinosaur I was assigned to research in elementary school! Can’t wait for Grant to wear it.
Another elementary school flashback, orange julius!
The perfect hat for summer!
This is an exiting week for my family as my sister Grace graduates from High School and my sister Sophie is receiving her Master’s Degree! In honor of their accomplishments I thought I would share this fun DIY created by Hallmark Ideas + Inspiration which features two of my lettering cards.

This may be my favorite application of the “2023” lettering I worked on this year. While I always love seeing how the Paper Wonder team brings my lettering and illustration to life, this layered shadow look works so perfectly to make the year stand out. Congrats to all the 2023 graduates!

This year both my sisters are graduates! My sister Grace will graduate from high school and my sister Sophie has earned her Master’s Degree. This makes this graduation collection illustrated by the talented Mirna Stubbs and that incorporates my hand lettering even more meaningful to see out in the world! I am so thrilled to be able to buy this collection to celebrate my sisters in 2023!
