One of the highlights of Saint Louis Design Week was hearing Aaron Draplin speak. Not only did his sense of humor make his talk entertaining, he was very humble about the success he has had as a designer. Aaron at one point stated he has been called a "raging sentimentalist," a quality that does seem to shine through in his work. If you ever get the chance, don't miss the opportunity for an entertaining hour or two listing to Aaron. There is also a great interview with him on Designboom.
